Shannon Bream was born in the year 1970, 23rd of December. She is daughter to Marie Norris and Clarence Edward DePuy. Bream started her studies at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia when she was 17 yers old. In her college years she won for herself the pageant title Miss Virginia in 1990. Therefore, she participated and finishedin the top ten in the Miss America 1991 pageant.
After she was through with her University studies she moved to Tallahassee to attend law school at Florida State University. Moreover she interned with Florida Congressman Bill McCollum, in the US House of Representatives. McCollum would afterwards become hte Florida Attorney General. Still at law school at Florida she secured the Miss USA pageant and positioned fourth in the Miss USA 1995 pageant. Also her scholarship rewards from Miss USA pageants paid catered for her law school education.
Career
After her graduation Bream moved to Tampa, Florida and began her career as a lawyer specializing in race discrimination and sexual harassment. She later shifted from her career as a lawyer to a pursue a career in newsbroadcasting. In the year 2001 she went to Charlotte, North Carolina , becoming the evening and the late-night news broadcaster for the CBS affiliate, WBTV.
Later in 2004 she joined Washington D.C.’s NBC affiliate WRC-TV. At WRC-TV , she was a weekend newscaster and under went general assignments. While stil working their she met Brit Hume who was the managing editor of the Fox News Channel’s Washington bureau. Assisted by his encouragement she submitted audition tapes to Fox News.
In November 2007 Bream joined the Fox News Channel. Therefore based in the network’s Washington, D.C. bureau hence becoming the newscaster of Fox News @ Night. On August 11, 2022 it was mentioned that Bream wil be the permanent broadcaster of Fox News Sunday, starting September 11, 2022, replacing Chris Wallace.More over to presenting Fox News Sunday, she appears on a different of Fox News program. In addition she ia a christian and his trained as a classical pianist.
