Carly Cassady is a weather expert on the Pinpoint Weather team. She is on TV in the mornings on Daybreak at 6 a. mand the FOX31 Morning News at 8 a. m
Carly is from a place called Lenexa, Kansas. Lenexa is a small town near Kansas City. As she was growing up, she faced different types of weather. However, she has never personally witnessed a tornado and hopes to go see for herself someday.
Career
After finishing university, she started working in Twin Falls, Idaho at KMVT as a meteorologist on weekends and as a reporter on weekdays. She also kept learning online at Mississippi State so she could earn the Certified Broadcast Meteorologist seal.
After that, Carly stayed in College Station, Texas for more than two years at KBTX. After that, she went to live in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and worked as the weather person for the weekend mornings at WXII. In February 2019, Carly got a special stamp called CBM seal.
Carly is happy to be in Denver and ready to predict the weather changes. She has relatives living here and has visited cities like Denver, Steamboat, Vail, and nearby areas for holidays and soccer in the past. However, she is now thrilled to consider it her permanent residence.
