He is a Swedish-Lebanese actor of Assyrian descent who has appeared in various movies and TV shows, both in Sweden and internationally.
Fares was born on April 29, 1973, in Beirut, Lebanon. His family moved to Sweden in 1987 to escape the Lebanese Civil War.
Fares Fares started acting in a local theater group in Örebro when he was 15 years old. He attended drama school in Mölnlycke near Gothenburg when he was 19.
