Karlheinz Hauser started his culinary career officially being apprenticed to the Restaurant und Hotel Lindenhof in Oberwinden which was located in Germany, in the Black Forest area. In the years 1982-1985, he learnt some basic skills which would catapult him into the elite dining.
This extended his experience in great places in Europe, he was a Commis Entremetier in the Kulm Hotel in St. Moritz, Switzerland and later on became a Commis Sauciser in Hotel Kongenhof in Munich.
