On July 19, 2010, Fahy took over as Natalie’s lead actor alongside Marin Mazzie as her mother Diana, and Jason Danieley as her father Dan after Damiano left the cast the day before to prepare for the Broadway musical Spider-Man: Turn Out the Dark.

It was revealed in December 2010 that Fahy has been chosen to participate in readings of a theatrical production based on the 1992 Disney cult hit Newsies. The musical was staged by Paper Mill Playhouse for their 2011–12 season; Fahy did not take part in that performance, which ran from September 15 to October 16, 2011.
