Theuriau got a degree in News-Communication from the Technical University Pierre Mendès-France in Grenoble, and later a master’s degree in Audiovisual Journalism from the Institute of Communication and Media at Échirolles. In 2002, Theuriau worked as a reporter at Match TV. Since 2003, she has worked as a reporter and anchor for La Chaîne Info, which made her more popular among the French people.
She became successful as a news presenter and host of travel shows on LCI, a news channel, and TF1. She had three TV programs. One was called LCI Matin (LCI Morning), and it was on LCI and TF1 from Monday to Thursday. Another program was the 6:40 news on LCI. The last program was a travel show called Voyages, and it aired on Wednesdays at 13:55 on LCI.
In May 2006, she shocked TF1’s management by saying no to their offer to become the anchorwoman for the weekend evening news. The offer was for the summer, as a temporary replacement for Claire Chazal who was currently hosting the show.

In terms of education, Theuriau studied journalism at the Pierre Mendès-France University in Grenoble, France. She began her career as a reporter for Match TV, a French news channel, in 2002. Her breakthrough came when she joined LCI, a French news channel, as a presenter and reporter in 2003.
