Andrew Albert Christian Edwards
Andrew Albert Christian Edwards was born on 19th February 1960 in the Belgian suite of Buckingham Palace. He is a member of the British royal family, having been born as the second son and third child of Prince Phillip, Duke of Edinburgh, and Queen Elizabeth II. He was a Royal Navy helicopter pilot who was involved in several flights during the Falklands War. In addition to being the ship’s captain, he was an instructor. He carried out tasks including anti-surface warfare, decoying Exocet missiles, and casualty evacuation while serving as a helicopter pilot.

He earned his green beret after completing the Royal Marines All Arms Commando Course in the same year.
