Jackie DeAngelis Biography
Jackie DeAngelis joined the FOX Business Network (FBN) as a financial correspondent in April 2019. Along with Taylor Riggs and Brian Brenberg, she presently co-hosts The Big Money Show, which airs daily at 1 PM ET.
DeAngelis Finance
DeAngelis has most recently contributed financial analysis and commentary across all FOX News Media platforms, notably on FBN’s Varney & Co. and FOX News Channel’s Outnumbered. She took part in the capitalism vs. socialism town hall on FBN in May 2019, when she gave a unique five-day segment series on the topic of the expanding economic dispute between the two opposing philosophies. In August 2020, she spoke with Wilbur Ross, the secretary of commerce for the United States.
Career
DeAngelis spent 13 years at CNBC before joining FBN, where she served as the network’s top energy correspondent and the host of the Futures Now online commodities show. During her time there, DeAngelis supplied market reports to CNBC’s daily programming and wrote on the financial effects of events like Hurricanes Irma and Harvey and the protests against the Dakota Access Pipeline.
DeAngelis was based in the Middle East between 2010 and 2011, where she conducted interviews for CNBC International with prominent business figures including OPEC Secretary General Abdalla El-Badri and Saudi Arabia’s Finance Minister Ibrahim Al-Assaf.

The Emmy Award-nominated programme Investing in America: A CNBC Town Hall Event with President Obama was created by DeAngelis while she was Director of Strategic Programming and Development at CNBC earlier in her career. In this capacity, she also conducted a number of network exclusive interviews with prominent figures in the field, such as former president Bill Clinton, Timothy Geithner, the secretary of the Treasury at the time, and Warren Buffett, the chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway.

DeAngelis earned a Cum Laude Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University in Asian studies and history. He also has a Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law. She began her career as a technology analyst at Oaktree Capital Management, where she found prospects for investments in developing economies. She speaks Farsi and Mandarin with ease.
