Liz Claman is the host of the Fox Business program The Claman Countdown also known as Elizabeth Kate Claman (born December 12, 1963). Former co-anchor of the CNBC morning television show Morning Call, Claman. Prior to that, Claman co-hosted the show Wake Up Call and temporarily co-anchored Market Watch, as well as serving as the host of the CNBC newsmagazine program Cover to Cover.

Before Williams departed MSNBC for NBC News in 2004, Claman also temporarily filled in for The News with Brian Williams on a rotating basis among other anchors. She holds a degree from Berkeley, University of California.
